Welcome to the neighborhood. Attached, you will find a Water/Sewer service
application and our Account Management Policy. Please fill out your application and
email it back to Lakewood Homeowners Inc. A deposit of $330.00 for residential
homes and $351.00 for reservoir homes, for water and sewer, and a $15.00
application fee is due before the water is turned on. Please write out two separate
checks. For the fastest service please drop your checks at our pay station. Location is on
the account management policy. Your account number will be emailed to you after
a completed application is received and both above check.
This application must be filled out and the deposit paid in full, before water and sewer
will be turned on.
