Lakewood Homeowners Inc. will be increasing rates for services starting 2/23. For all details and information, the Rate Increase letter is downloadable from the Forms/Applications tab. For any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to addend any board meeting at the pressure tank building (soon to be The Ed Henery Building) every 3rd Wed. of each month. We would love to hear your feedback.

The power has been restored to all utility buildings and all services are fully functional. If you have any issues or concerns please let us know.

The water pump station is currently offline due to a weather-related power outage in the area. Please conserve water when possible. An update will be posted when the information is available.
